Stamping Capabilities

At Heyco, our modern, efficient 20,000 square foot facility has 18 presses from 22 to 60 tons for high speed production of a blades, pins, terminals, female contacts and other electrical components. These presses along with our auxiliary equipment and highly skilled technicians can accomodate a large variety of custom stampings in ferrous and nonferrous materials in addition to our core lines of current carrying products. Our in-house tool and die shops provide fast tool maintenance, modification, and changeover to respond to the critical needs of our customers and demanding production schedules.

Heyco Warranty

Heyco products are sold with the understanding and on condition that the purchaser will test them in actual use and make his own determination as to their suitability and acceptability for his intended use, and the purchaser agrees to such condition. Use of HEYCO products other than for applications illustrated herein constitutes a misuse for which the purchaser bears all responsibility.

HEYCO warrants to the original purchaser only, that HEYCO products, when purchased in the original, unopened HEYCO brand package, are to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

HEYCO’s sole obligation, and purchasers sole remedy, for any breach of this warranty, is limited to repair or replacement of the products at HEYCO’s option.

HEYCO shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for the loss of the use of a purchasers’ equipment or facilities, for loss of any business or good will profits, for cost of inspection, transportation or storage, or for any incidental or consequential damages of any nature or description. Purchaser must notify HEYCO in writing, of any products which are deemed to be defective, within 60 days after receipt of such products.

HEYCO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES CONCERNING ITS PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION: WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, EXCEPT THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE.

Instructions for ordering a Heyco Applicator: Please provide your customer service representative with the correct Heyco Part Number. Please provide your customer service representative with the AWG (average gauge wire) you will be using in connection with the Heyco part. Please provide your customer service representative with the shut height of your press. Please provide your customer service representative with a sample of the wire you will be using in your application. Please provide your customer service representative with your desired wire range (in place of the “xx” that appears under the Die column) you will need in connection with the Heyco part. Press Specifications: 3 or 5-tons, depending on terminal. 1.50" stroke, 5.00" shut height—standard. 1.00-1.50" stroke, 4.00-5.00" shut height—universal. Diameter of mounting hole for shank 1.00"
